As a working student or intern, you work directly on real client projects – no coffee-making, but analysis, research, and preparation that actually reaches the client.

What you’ll do with us

  • Research and data preparation for projects in real estate & facility management
  • Creation of analyses, dashboards, and decision templates (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Support in the conception of process, KPI, and digitalization topics
  • Assistance with market and competitive analyses as well as building internal tools
  • Insight into the entire project cycle – from analysis to implementation at the client

What you bring

  • Ongoing studies in business administration, economics, business informatics, real estate management, (industrial) engineering, or similar
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; enthusiasm for numbers and clean preparation
  • Structured, independent working style and quick comprehension
  • Fluent German skills in speaking and writing
  • Presence in Frankfurt during your working days (not purely remote)

As a consultant, you work independently in workstreams, co-develop strategies, and translate them into measurable results at the client – data-driven, structured, and impact-oriented.

What you’ll do with us

  • You support our clients in solving complex operational and digital challenges
  • You develop data-driven strategies and actively implement them
  • You conduct (big data) analyses and create dashboards and decision templates
  • You are responsible for your own work packages and sub-projects – in terms of content and stakeholder contact
  • You contribute your own ideas and support the development of new business areas


What you bring

  • Completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in business administration, economics, business informatics, real estate management, or similar
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in consulting, real estate, the FM/CREM environment, or a comparable corporate/start-up context
  • Excellent analytical skills, particularly in analyzing large data sets
  • Excellent knowledge of MS PowerPoint & Excel
    Confident demeanor, structured communication & presentation skills
  • Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing
  • High self-motivation, team spirit, and desire for development
